We believe you should only have to speak with someone you would want to hire. That’s why Tonic3 only sends candidates that we would hire. Following our discovery session, Tonic3 will publish your job description, carefully screen applicants, and forward the best fits.
Once you have selected candidates for closer review, we will set up all necessary interviews. Whether you prefer to phone screen, Skype, or meet each candidate face to face, everyone you visit with will be vetted by Tonic3 first.
Once we together have identified the right person, you can relax. Tonic3 will complete all necessary background checks and screenings, as well as handle all onboarding processes.
We don’t believe you should have to worry about employee retention. Tonic3 attracts and retains talent by investing in our employees long-term. We do this by making our all consultants feel valued and secure, offering 12-month onsite agreements; full benefits including 401k; paid time off for holidays, sick days, and vacations; $1,000 per year for continuing education.
Additionally, our managers make frequent onsite visits, schedule team outings, and keep consultants engaged through regularly scheduled quality assurance calls. We regularly track and manage our employees progress so you can focus on the task at hand.
