Tonic3 collaborated with PwC—the second largest professional services company in the world—to provide ongoing user experience consulting work for TaxView, their corporate tax return platform used by millions of customers daily.
Opportunity
The Tonic3 team worked onsite with the client, interfacing with executive shareholders and development teams. Using agile methodology, Tonic3 designed a number of customer-facing interface screens as well as complex administrative functions.
Our Work
Tonic3 developed and designed multiple improvements to TaxView’s user interface, including a more intuitive workflow to help decrease the time spent on a task, drastically reducing the error rate.
