Build a way to help Accor understand and get to know their real audiences so the ALL benefits communication could be properly targeted.
Our Work
We developed an audience-centric strategy based on an interactive data and analysis driven campaign and a custom dynamic database. A/B testing in every market and constant optimization aimed at high value fans resulted in 99.5% retention rates, a reusable BI database, 17k+ new fans, and a 3% conversion rate.
