Background
Kane Robotics focuses on robotic solutions to automate dull and dirty processes. Selling next-generation robotic systems is not a simple process, and they were looking to improve their track on the whole sales process from beginning to end. Salesforce was their platform of choice to do this, given the abundant pool of possibilities offered by the platform. The decision was to start with a simple but powerful first implementation to help them get started securely and sure of the steps that were being taken. The team made this possible by really understanding the business and the needs.
Opportunity
Together with Kane Robotics stakeholders, we analyzed their complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closing. During that period, our Salesforce team identified the specific aspects of their process and ensured that they were taken into account during the implementation, following the platform's best practices and recommendations.
Our Work
