CONCEPT DESIGN & DESIGN DEFINITION

With information about your goals and your user’s needs, we will explore what will need to be involved in the experience

We craft concept designs to validate direction in 2D/3D designs and work with you to lock down the details involved in the experience.

PROTOTYPE & TESTING

This phase is about crafting a Prototype(s) to validate a conceptual approach that will be refined based on stakeholder and user feedback. Each iteration improves the prototype’s usability, interactions, and visual design. We evaluate sixteen dimensions of your product's experience through data collection on the participant's physical, mental, and emotional experience to provide valuable insights and recommendations to meet your objectives.

User tests can be completed remotely, or held in Tonic3's in-house usability lab. Three to five participants are usually all that is required to uncover and address most major usability or missing feature issues. Our prototype iterations can often be built or revised, and tests completed, within just a few days.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Of course, because the Development Teams have been actively engaged throughout this entire discovery and design process, they will already be very familiar with the product and confident of their delivery and launch timelines.
